I just gotta let you know

I have never had the chance to spend this specific day with a special someone emotionally - in fact, I avoided it at all cost. I didn't think that this "holiday" should be the only day solely to express one's affection towards another - it should be expressed everyday. Although I kept thinking that if one were to do this on a daily basis, it would become repetitive and costly.. But I love surprises and thoughts of consideration from one to another; today is just an extra oomph to it all. Happy Valentine's Day!

Last week during English, I classified myself as a romantic due to our lectures about war.

imbued with or dominated by idealism, a desire for adventure, chivalry, etc.

To coincide with Valentine's day tomorrow, I am a hopeless romantic, too. The whole shebang of cliché lines/stunts, the act of chivalry, gifts, etc. melts my heart. This is my vulnerable side exposed due to a recent viewing of A Walk to Remember. Jamie Sullivan, you inspire me to aspire for the greater good - mainly for myself.

I don't have much to share right now - clouded with lots of things going on in my head.

Last month, I went down the Sunset Blvd to the House of Blues for a Bone, Thugs, and Harmony concert. No matter what genre of music, I believe concerts are places where you can feel the soul of the artists live. I also had a little drive to Carlsbad for their known outlet to pick up some goodies, but I only came back with a pretzel. False hype I tell you!


My mom packed me some lunch for work and left me a little love.
I love little notes from people. They warm my heart and make me smile.
I know I haven't been very consistent with my blog posts and that I am not very thorough with them either, but I don't spend my free time online anymore but I'd rather be watching CSI, SVU, or any other show related to investigations. I also deactivated my Facebook account in efforts to have others contact me personally to catch up or hang out instead of viewing my profile and do "Facebook stalking." I am guilty of it also, therefore it ends now! I have no use of Facebook anyway. I apologize now and in advance.
