Happy new year lovebugs! As you can see by my inconsistent blog post manner, I am not very well at documenting. I am always on the go and the thought of dragging around a camera that will take up space doesn't appeal to me. Please forgive me. I will try to abuse my camera more often or even make my boyfriend abuse his for me. Maybe this could be one of my new year's resolution.. On a side note, the weather has been bipolar: from hot rays to frostbitten toes in a matter of days, let alone hours. But by the looks of my wardrobes at times, the weather doesn't phase me. Okay, I lied. Sometimes it does, but when an outfit comes to mind, I have the determination to make it come to life.
I had promised blogging about my goodies from Christmas which I originally wanted to take pictures of, but my laziness overpowered me. I'm going to take the cheap way out and just list them. From my immediate family: a leather laptop book bag, H&M light mauve ruffled shoulder sweater, rings, Aldo owl watch (my favorite watch ever!), Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer, zebra/cheetah scarf, Forever21 gift card and Nordstrom gift card. From my relatives: oatmeal/cream infinity scarf, beige workman boots (most comfortable!), Victoria Secret lotion and body wash, money and gift cards. From friends and boyfriend: off white and gold bag (so cute!), gift cards, MAC cosmetics, Nike Free Running Shoes, and scarves. I am extremely thankful for what I received this year and I'm very happy about it. Thank you!
Tips I learned from 2010:
1. Securely resew newly bought shirts with buttons to avoid missing buttons in the near future. (You will thank me when you don't have go to find a button matching all the others)
2. Victoria Secret hosiery aren't worth your money. (Easily catches runs and tears)
3. 2-inch heels are the way to go without the pain and suffering.
4. Don't take people for granted. Love and spend time with them like there is no tomorrow. Don't learn the hard way.
